I have bottle of buttermilk in my fridge and I need some inspirations to use it up. The three things I usually make with buttermilk are 1) salad dressing, 2) fried chicken, and 3) mashed potatoes.

I already made the salad dressing and it is way too hot out to make fried chicken or mashed potatoes.

Help Me!

One caveat: I know there are a million different ways to use buttermilk in baked recipes, but neither my boyfriend or myself are big on desserts, so if I baked something I'd probably end up throwing half of it out because it went bad (there is a rum pumpkin pie in the freezer from Thanksgiving that neither one of us touched).
